Shipping Policy

> Most orders are shipped the same day when placed before 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm EST are shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday, are shipped out the following Monday. Please make a note of this before ordering.

> We partner with shipping industry leaders UPS and FedEx as our carriers and they do not ship to P O Box addresses.

> Next Day and Second Day delivery time is in addition to order processing time.

Please Note: The Service Guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond the carriers control, such as when air or ground transportation networks are disrupted. No shipping charges refunds will be issued in such cases.

Payment Options: 

We accept Google Checkout:
* If you make a purchase using Google Checkout, your account is charged before your product is shipped.
* When you make a purchase using Google Checkout, you are re-routed to the Google Checkout web site during our checkout procedure via encrypted secure connection. You will actually complete your purchase there and you will not be returned to our website.
* You must complete your transaction at the Google Checkout website.
* You will receive a receipt number from Google. Google will then notify us automatically that the order has been completed. We will then send you your order number by email.
* When contacting Google Checkout customer service, please reference your Google order number.
* Because of the unique nature of Google Checkout, you cannot split your method of payment between Google Checkout and any other method of payment.
* GoogleCheckout orders will not reflect in your MyAccount Order History on our website. This is because you do not "Log In" to your MyAccount prior to checkout when GoogleCheckout is used.

-> Please note our warehouse is located in NJ and does not ship on weekends and we do not offer Sunday or holiday delivery. Our regular business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

-> You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which specific carrier was used to ship your products.

-> We ship within the continental United States, and Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada only. At this time we are unable to process International shipments and orders going to Guam and the Virgin Islands.

-> Standard shipping , Next Day or 3 day service is not available for Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii, customers in these state please select 2 day shipping option. Total estimated shipping time with 2-Day shipping is about 4 business days.

-> We do not ship to APO/FPO and AE addresses as there are certain restrictions on exporting certain kinds of technology outside of the United States. These restrictions complicate or prevent our suppliers from shipping products to APO/FPO mailboxes.
