When will my order ship?
All orders (of in stock items) placed Mon-Fri before 2pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday, will ship the following Monday. We are closed on all national holidays, so no shipping will be done on those days. We are also closed on Saturdays and Sundays and cannot ship out on those days.

What is the return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy, and a 1 Year exchange policy. Certain restrictions apply. Complete details can be found on our Terms of Sale page.

How do we sell quality products at such low prices?
We are one of the largest distributors of laptop peripherals in the US. We are a discount store and are able to work on slim margins due to our volume. Rest assured, you will get high quality products at low, low prices - delivered quickly to you.

How long is the warranty? What if the product fails to work at a later date?
All products we sell comes complete with a 1 Year warranty. We sell quality products, but in the rare event that a product does stop working within the warranty period, we will be happy to exchange the defective product for you.

Where do you ship?
We happily ship to all 50 states within the USA and Canada. All orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may include additional shipping charges. We do not ship to APO/FPO and P O Box addresses.


Is there a sales tax?
We do collect sales tax of 7% if the item is being shipped to a New Jersey address.


I placed an order online but I'd like to pick it up, can I?
Sorry we do not offer pick ups at the present time.


What if I receive a defective product?
Please let us know at service@freshlaptopbattery.com about the defective item, and we will send a replacement product upon inspection and receipt of the defective unit. All defective returns must be preauthorized by freshlaptopbattery.com. Unless specifically authorized in advance by e-mail, merchandise must be complete and repacked in the original packing material.


What if I don't like the product as much as I thought I would?
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. You will receive a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded under any circumstance. All returns must be preauthorized by freshlaptopbattery.com. Please contact us in advance at service@freshlaptopbattery.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be repacked in the original packing material and be complete.
